Terms of delivery
The products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. Thanks to our logistics partners Poste CH SA, we are able to quickly deliver the wines ordered to you (throughout Switzerland). The amount of delivery costs is indicated during the ordering process.
For an order with a value of CHF 100.-or more, Le Naturiste will offer you the delivery costs to any postal address in Switzerland. When ordering less than CHF 100.- delivery costs of up to CHF 20.- may be billed to you.
We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation outside of public holidays and non-working days. The delivery time is usually within 5 working days, but this may be extended for reasons beyond the control of Naturiste SàRL.
Despite careful supply, it may happen that some items sell out faster than expected. Therefore, we can not provide any guarantee of delivery, which is carried out within the limits of available stocks.
Return and refund conditions
Le Naturiste does not accept the return of goods. However, the customer can return the products if they have a corky taste and/or if they are defective bottle (s). If the customer finds these anomalies on one or more products ordered, they will not be refunded but replaced, on presentation of an invoice, provided that the corked or defective bottles are returned to 3/4 full and with the original cap.
The customer is responsible for checking the quantity and the condition of the goods on delivery. If the customer finds that merchandise is missing or has been damaged, he must report it and file a complaint with the carrier and inform Le Naturiste Sàrl within 7 days of delivery. Le Naturiste Sàrl will then replace the missing or damaged merchandise identically. Le Naturiste reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if there is any doubt as to the nature of the returned goods.
