Pineau des Charentes

Bourgoin Pineau is made by fortifying Ugni Blanc grape juice with cognac. This white Pineau des Charentes will surprise you with its freshness, lightness, and notes of apricot.
The transfer is carried out after fermentation has just begun, followed by 12 months of aging in red oak barrels that previously held aged cognac, and then a 4-year inversion period in an inert tank.
With a hint of tartness and an unprecedented fullness on the palate, you’ll enjoy it on its own or mixed with sparkling wine.
