Terms of delivery

Products are sent to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process. Thanks to our logistics partners Poste CH SA, we are able to deliver the wines ordered to your home (anywhere in Switzerland). The cost of delivery is indicated during the order process.

For orders of CHF 100 or more, Le Naturiste offers free delivery to any postal address in Switzerland. For orders under CHF 100, a delivery charge of up to CHF 20 may be levied.

We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order confirmation, excluding public holidays and non-working days. Delivery time is usually within 5 working days, but this may be extended for reasons beyond Naturiste SàRL's control.

Despite careful sourcing, some items may be sold out sooner than expected. For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery, which is subject to availability.

Return and refund conditions

Le Naturiste does not accept returns. However, the customer may return products with cork taint and/or defective bottles. If the customer notes these anomalies on one or more products ordered, the latter will not be reimbursed but replaced, on presentation of invoice, provided that the corked or defective bottles are returned 3/4 full and with the original cork. 

The customer is responsible for checking the quantity and condition of the goods on delivery. If the customer finds that goods are missing or damaged, he must report this to the carrier and inform Le Naturiste Sàrl. within 7 days of delivery. Le Naturiste Sàrl will then replace the missing or damaged goods identically. Le Naturiste reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if there is any doubt about the nature of the returned goods.
