In order of color, we start with a Petchalba composed of Sauvignon (50%), Sémillon (40%) and Cabernet-Sauvignon (10%). This dry white, based on the 2020 vintage, bears a Macedonian name that echoes the story of Florent Girou. He, too, has traveled the world, like the young Macedonians who left after their wedding to experience new things and return "happily home, serene and fulfilled" to which the word refers.
