Jean-Michel Henrioud ? Passionate, relentless, his sensitivity to the well-being of our planet has shaped the way he cultivates his small estate of less than two hectares - biodynamic and Demeter-compliant for the past nineteen years - and the way he works his grapes: even if his bottles are not stamped "Vin Nature".
A pioneer of natural wine in the Neuchâtel region, he has been producing Chasselas, Pinot Noir and rosé for 5 and 4 years respectively.
In addition, Henrioud and Domaine de Montmollin have worked closely together for many years, cultivating not only excellent beverages, but also an indispensable and beneficial solidarity.
