Le Jardin Super

"My estate "Le jardin super" is located in Feuilla, Aude, in the Corbières maritimes. We're 20 km from the sea and 200 meters above sea level, in a quiet little village.
I grow old vines: carignan, cinsault, grenache and syrah. The geology of the plots is complex, with limestone, schist and volcanic stone.
I cultivate 2 hectares of old vines, mainly using massal selection. I don't work my soils, but nourish them by mowing them once a year and leaving plenty of grass.
My yields are low, yet I try to intervene as little as possible and produce quality juices." - Sébastien Godret
