End of life Peinard au Soleil: This Carignan vine, emblematic of the Corbières region, is over 100 years old.
She is the one concerned by the end of life. Sébastien Godret lets it die quietly and doesn't pick it before its natural end. As a result, yields are very low, but the juice is magnificently complex.
Beautiful concentration and freshness. As with other Domaine wines, zero vinification inputs and zero sulfites.
