Description
This Saint-Romain is a very pretty cuvée, with a pleasant acidity that makes it an excellent partner for unctuous, spicy dishes (fish, shellfish and white meats in sauce). It has a pale yellow color. The nose evokes white flowers, yellow fruit (mirabelle plum, vine peach) and hints of toast. The palate is lively, fruity and pure!
