Heard over and over again, it's not always put into practice - perhaps even less so in this age of extreme individualism than in the past. To get along and move forward together, we need a very specific recipe of respect, imagination, desire and love. Willy and Paul have recognized these ingredients, grasped them, and turned them into a recipe for success. something.

"Our estate was born out of the desire to keep our friendship alive."

The bond between the two companions was forged on the same Burgundy estate. After two years of working together, Willy, the winemaker, was called away to learn more about winegrowing and moved further south. Paul, the gentleman farmer and an experienced taster with a penchant for temperamental wines, decided to stay in Burgundy... but friendship refused to stand in the way, and today the AMI domaine exists as a concrete manifestation of the bond of friendship between the two companions.
