Fill a chilled glass to the brim with ice. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon zest, add 50 ml Gin and finally 150 ml chilled Sambì!

Fill a glass with: 3 ice cubes 2 mint leaves a drop of elderberry syrup to compensate for dilution Garnish with a lemon wedge!
