A native of Mulhouse, in Alsace, Clément Bony initially studied law before turning his attention to wine. He trained in viticulture and the wine trade in Montpellier from 2010 to 2013, gaining his first significant experience in 2010 during an internship in the Languedoc region at the Domaine des Prés Lasses. It was later, while working as a sommelier in Strasbourg within the Alsatian natural wine scene, that he deepened his passion for winemaking without additives.
In 2018, his desire to return to winemaking led him to pursue a series of experiences abroad: he worked for a winemaker in Padua, then at Cantina Giardino near Naples, before heading to Australia to work at Momento Mori, a leading producer of Australian natural wine. There, he produced his first personal vintages, rounded out his experience with a stint in New Zealand, and then returned to Momento Mori for the following harvest.
Upon his return to France in April 2020, in the midst of the health crisis, he joined the Domaine du Possible in Lansac, in the Roussillon region, working alongside Loïc Roure.
