La Grange de l'Oncle Charles

Jérôme François & Morgane Stoquert are based in a small Alsatian village, Ostheim. Starting with a few vines bequeathed by his grandfather, and after moving into the family barn belonging to his great uncle, Jérôme created Uncle Charles' barn.
Working their 6 hectares of vineyards biodynamically, the vinifications are natural and without any inputs.
Without a tractor, ploughing is carried out with draft horses: Sirus and Fastoche.
