Yoan Tavares and Basile Passe. One is a winemaker-oenologist and sommelier, the other, who comes from the IT world, trained in the wine world and "sharpened his palate" on his return from Canada a few years ago. Since 2016, they've been crisscrossing France, meeting winegrowers and winemakers with whom they taste, blend and discuss. Personalities who have become partners for the love of the land - all of whom are fiercely committed to sustainable agriculture - and good food.

An abundant blend of Carignan and Grenache from Catherine Bernard named Fatal(E)A Syrah-Grenache from the chalky Languedoc soil of the Mas Des Agrunelles estate, answering to the gentle name of Siffle Moi (an alternative to rosehip bouquet, perhaps more effective and certainly tastier)
