Philippe Wiess runs his estate, La Petite Baigneuse, on the schist terroirs of Maury, near Perpignan.
A farmer at heart, first as a stockbreeder, then as a market gardener and finally as a winemaker.
Philippe looks after almost 14 hectares of organic vines.
In the cellar, no inputs, no filtration and most of the time not even a hair of sulfur.
