Les Salicaires

It's the Domaine des Salicaires that we're honoring. Created by Vincent Lafage a few years ago, it offers a string of magnificent cuvées!

Located in the Roussillon plain (Canet en Roussillon), our proximity to the sea offers dry, stony soils with a clay-limestone base. You know our guidelines, we know your requirements, and it goes without saying that Les Salicaires is a natural estate. Our wines are vinified naturally, without fining, filtration or inputs. Interestingly, some of our wines are aged in majestic terracotta amphorae.
