Sandra and Philip Kelton, Château Tour Blanc
There's no doubt that these sometimes silent exchanges are a shared delight. The proof is in the juices from Château Tour Blanc. "Unforgettable" and "Unique" are the words we hear from oenologists and wine merchants alike. And the estate sets itself apart by growing only Ugni Blanc.
Sandra and Philip's Ecocert-certified organic farming techniques are in harmony with the rejection of pesticides and inputs. In keeping with their philosophy of sobriety, the duo work with low yields and little technology.
