Jean-François, dis Jeff Coutelou knows his way around a vineyard. On this same Mas Coutelou estate, his grandfather talked to the grapes and his father whispered to the land, which was certified organic as early as 1987.
And today, he whispers to the dozen or so grape varieties the stories they need to tell to get the best out of the clay and limestone soil on which they grow, and to offer wines that are purely Languedoc, unadulterated and virtually free of additives.
His bathing origins and many years of practical experience have given him a keen understanding of the ecosystem in which he operates.
Because he wears many hats, Jeff.
He co-creates, in tandem with the salt carried by the sea air of Puimisson (Hérault), a Djinn, grappas and a Fine.
All with such mastery that they are available in our shop.

His expertise, oiled by meticulous care and polished by patient, deep-rooted love, means we can now offer you a handful of three new juices:
