"To be called "gin", European regulations stipulate that the base spirit must contain at least 96 % of alcohol. This is how the industry lobby has secured the exclusive use of the name "gin", since only industrial distilleries can achieve such a high alcohol content.

So here's our "djinn" - it's not called "gin", but it's even better...

We make a third distillation of wine eaux de vies, placing juniper berries, citrus fruit and ginger in the still. Our aim is to obtain the purest possible beverage. Everyone can enjoy it with citrus fruits, tonics of varying degrees of sweetness, or simply enjoy it neat as a fine white eau de vie.
