Anouk and Paul-André are based in Thésée in the Cher Valley, where they cultivate 5 hectares of vines. The vines are rooted in different terroirs along the Cher River.
All wines are aged for around 1 year in barrels. Wines made with no added inputs or sulfites are lively, reflecting terroir and vintage.
Here we don't grow vines, we garden them!
